Aroma: A prominent to intense hop aroma with a citrus, floral, resinous, piney character derived from American hops. Dry hopped. Clean malty sweetness in the background. Fruitiness from esters & hops. Appearance: Golden amber to light copper. Clean, good head stand with off-white color.

Aroma: Faint malt notes. A sweet, corn-like aroma and low levels of DMS. Hop aroma low to none. Faint esters, No diacetyl.

Appearance: Pale straw to moderate gold color, although usually on the pale side. Low to medium head with medium to high carbonation. Head retention is fair due to adjunct use. Brilliant, sparkling clarity.

Aroma:Moderate malt aroma, of toasty, biscuity, or nutty, light caramel or honey. Low to moderate hop character (spicy, herbal, or floral) optionally blended with background level peppery, spicy phenols. The hop character is lower in balance than the malt and fruitiness.

Appearance:Amber to copper in color. Clarity is very good. Creamy, white head.

ITS MY GRANDMA'S CHAI TEA RECIPE , BLACK TEA INFUSED WITH

cardamom, clove, ginger and fennel, CINNAMON and peppercorn. Dark copper to dark brown with a very light tan head, medium carbonation on the pour keeping the head going for a bit. You have a Chai spice smell to it with a hint of a chocolate back note and caramel malts. The breathtaking warm notes.

This is the story of Cowtown farmer boy who nailed the art of craft beer. It started with a conversation, a keen curiosity, and an idea. It turned into a passion, heartened by the belief that it's never too late to try your hand at something brand new. After all, the haziest adventures lead to the most beautiful things.

Do you serve beer ?

Yes We are Taproom, server beer in pints & beer flights.

Do you take reservations?

No. We are first come, first served.

​Can I bring my dog?

You sure can. Pets are allowed on our patio space.

 Are children allowed at taproom?

Yes, children can visit with their parents/guardians.

​Can I bring my own food?

As we have not operating kitchen we do allow any outside food, even home made food.

Can I see how to make beer ?

owner

Owner & Founder, Bhupinder Gill, homebrewed maniacally for 4 years before officially leaving his day job as a Quality Control Inspector  with Suncor @ Fort Mac for 9 years to open Cowtown Dream in 2018.  His shameless love of numbers and understanding of how things work has helped him continually develop his beer knowledge and never stop making our recipes even better. (Which is great because his first few homebrews were a chai beer.)

When he's not brewing, planning his next brew, or cleaning up after a brew, Bhupinder is likely tasting beer or on a riding bike... tasting beer...

Unique offerings and creative blends. These guys are taking care to brew beer you want and make sure it’s available where you shop, definitely care about their customers. Very friendly when we had the chance to stop in and I enjoyed the details on the chai beer as well as the loose leaf tea with the same spice blend from their grandparents. Also love that you can design your own mix pack, without committing to more before you know you like them

This was the last stop on a micro brew tour and I'm so glad we made it.
All the beer was really good but the chai was the best. Just the right mixture of chai and malt so neither took over.
We arrived just after it closed and the owner re-opened and served us. He took the time to talk to us and tell us all about his beer and business. It was awesome.

I've been trying to get to this place for a couple of months well I finally got there and it was pretty darn cool met the owner chatted with him super friendly gentleman really cool little tap room I didn't get a chance for the brewery tour but I would imagine it would be neat looking forward the two of the beers that they have coming out highly recommend going and checking it out it is definitely worth the stop
